𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
⦁ 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
⦁ Expert-level knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities
⦁ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and REST/SOAP APIs
⦁ Extensive experience with ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Virtual Agent, and Integration Hub
⦁ Deep understanding of ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, etc.)
⦁ Experience with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Process Automation Designer
𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 (𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝):
⦁ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
⦁ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
⦁ ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules
⦁ ITIL Foundation certification
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:
⦁ Proven track record of leading ServiceNow implementation projects
⦁ Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
⦁ Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes
⦁ Experience with enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies
⦁ Background in designing solutions for large-scale, multi-instance ServiceNow environments
𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
⦁ Experience with ServiceNow platform upgrades and instance management
⦁ Knowledge of Performance Analytics and reporting solutions
⦁ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for ServiceNow
⦁ Understanding of ServiceNow security best practices and access control
⦁ Experience with Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and Virtual Agent development
