Job Summary:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising, along with a proven ability to drive engagement and meet performance goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Optimize SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display ads to achieve KPIs.
Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics and CRM tools.
Create and curate content for social media platforms to drive user engagement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience in digital marketing roles with hands-on knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
Familiarity with Google Analytics, CRM tools, and web design basics (HTML, CMS).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work across teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
Certifications in Google Ads or SEO are a plus.
