As a Network Engineer in our TLS Center, you will play a critical role in resolving customer network issues involving Cisco technologies. You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, delivering high-quality technical support while continuously enhancing your networking expertise.

Handle and resolve network-related service requests via live troubleshooting sessions, email, and web-based support.
Diagnose and resolve known network issues efficiently and accurately.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐞:
Strong understanding of the OSI model, with hands-on expertise in Layers 1–4.
Basic configuration and troubleshooting experience with network devices and operating systems such as IOS, IOS-XE, Linux, and AirOS.
Solid knowledge of core networking protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, and ARP.
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.
Excellent verbal and written business communication skills.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞
Experience providing technical support for enterprise-level networking equipment.
Cisco CCNA or equivalent certification.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
